To avoid confusion when processing your order we advise you to take the following steps.

  • Please use the negative files we have sent you.
  • Please write directly sbove the frame required, quoting all numbers above or below the frame including 'A' numbers if appropriate IN PENCIL.
  • Please DO NOT CUT your negative strips into single frames as these are very difficult to handle.
  • Please ensure your requirements are in strict numerical order.
  • To ensure a speedy return of your order please make your instructions as clear as possible.
  • Please do not request any service other than those shown in his price list as we regret we will be unable to meet your requirements.

Colour Matching
We are unable to reproduce the colour and density of your original prints. However, if sent with order an appropriate match or improved may be possible. In the abscence of an original, our judgements as to colour balance and density is final.

Terms of Business
Your films and negative are accepted for processing or printing on the basis that their value and that of any prints made from them does not exceed the current retails cost of the material itself. Our liability for loss or damage is accordingly limited to replacement of the material and no other liability will be accpeted for loss or damage consequential or otherwise however caused.

Post & Packaging
1st Class post £1.50 per order. Special delivery Registered post £6.00 per order. Minimum order: £5.20

In Lab Time
Approximately one working week for one size. Orders with more than one size will take longer, up to three weeks in peak periods.

For urgent work
Add 100% to prices quoted, order will take approx. 1-2 days PER PRINT SIZE or NEG FORMAT in lab.

N.B. These charges must be made in addition to the minimum order of £5.20. Where either gloss or lustre available please choose only one finish per order.
